One stump or fifty — pulled out or ground down, and the mess leaves with us
That stump isn't going anywhere on its own — oak and maple stumps can sit for 15 years laughing at your mower. We remove stumps two ways: pull them completely (right call before building, pouring, or planting lawn) or grind them below grade (right call for simple cleanup), and we'll tell you honestly which your project needs.
With our own skid loader and excavation equipment we handle everything from one stubborn stump in a Sartell backyard to dozens across cleared acreage in Todd County — including backfilling the holes, hauling the debris, and leaving grass-ready grade behind.
Single stumps typically run $150–$500 depending on size and access; multiple stumps get cheaper each. Full removal costs more than grinding but is the right call if you're building or planting over the spot.
Building, pouring concrete, or planting lawn over it? Pull it — roots left behind settle and sink. Just want it gone from view? Grinding is cheaper. We'll recommend honestly at the free look.
We backfill with clean material, compact it, and grade it off so it's ready for seed — not a sunken bowl that shows up next spring.
If it's already down, absolutely — cutting, loading, and hauling downed trees and brush is core land clearing work for us.
