Minnesota evenings deserve a proper fire — built in block and stone, not a rusty ring
A good fire pit area is the most-used square footage of a Minnesota backyard from May to October — and a properly built one is a permanent upgrade, not a box-store ring sinking into the grass. We build block and stone fire pits on compacted paver bases, with surrounds, seating walls, and lighting that turn a corner of lawn into the place everyone ends up.
We design and build complete outdoor living spaces across Central Minnesota: fire pit areas, paver patios, outdoor kitchens with grill stations and counters, pergolas and shade structures. Start with the fire pit or do the whole backyard — we'll design around how your family actually uses the space.
A built block fire pit with a paver surround typically runs $2,000–$5,000 depending on size and materials; fire pit alone from around $800. Free on-site design visits put a firm number on your yard.
Most Central Minnesota cities allow recreational fires with size/setback rules (commonly 25 feet from structures). We build to your city's rules and will check them with you at the design visit.
Wood is the classic and costs less to build; gas lights instantly and needs no smoke management. We build both — including running the gas line coordination.
Yes — patio, fire area, kitchen, lighting, and landscaping as one designed project or in phases as budget allows. Phasing is normal; we'll design so each stage stands alone.
