Sometimes the first step of a project is making something disappear. We demo garages, sheds, decks, old additions, mobile homes, and interior spaces across Central Minnesota — and we tear out and haul old concrete driveways, patios, and slabs with our own equipment and dump trailer.
Demolition done right is mostly about what happens after the fun part: sorting, loading, hauling, and leaving a site that's actually ready for what's next. Because we also do excavation, grading, and new construction, one crew can take you from teardown to build-ready — no coordination headaches, no second mobilization charge.
A typical single-car garage demo with hauling runs $2,000–$4,500 in Central Minnesota; sheds and decks much less; concrete tear-out usually $1–$3 per square foot. Disposal is the variable — we quote it up front after a free look.
Yes — that's the point. Our dump trailer leaves with the debris, and the site gets rough-graded so it's usable, not a crater.
Most cities require a demolition permit and utility disconnects for structures. We handle the process and the utility coordination as part of the job.
Absolutely — demo, excavation, pad prep, and the new build can all be one continuous project with one contractor. It's cheaper and faster than hiring the steps separately.
